The menu is in English, the regular server speaks English and the owner and servers are all friendly. The decor is a simple, comfortable 70's theme with outdoor seating and free wifi. The quality of food, well, it may not be worth traveling across town, but if your in the area it's a pretty good option. I have eaten the quasadilla and lasagna. The quasadilla is a little greasy. If you can overlook that, it isn't bad. The lasagna is decent for Taiwan.
